Can you duplicate bots and add them to sub accounts?

If you have created an awesome bot and want to re-use it for your clients you can! There are two ways you can duplicate to another account and we will cover them in this article:

• Duplicate from master account to sub account
• Duplicate from sub account to sub account

How to duplicate from master account to sub account

This process is similar to duplicating your own and you want to start on Your bots page.

1. Find the bot you want to duplicate to sub account and hover over any section
2. Notice that once you hover on your bot some icons will appear along the top of that bot
3. Click on the duplicate option and then select duplicate on to sub account

You can then go on your sub accounts page and see the new bot has been duplicated to their account

How to duplicate from sub account to sub account

Note: You must sign into a sub account from your master account to get this option of duplicating

1. Go to your sub accounts page and click the name to sign into the sub account
2. Go to the bots page on the sub account
3. Notice that once you hover on your bot some icons will appear along the top of that bot
4. Click on the duplicate option and then select duplicate on to another account
5. Then select which sub account to want to send it to and confirm.

You can then go on your other sub accounts page and see the new bot has been duplicated to their account
