Data ownership

Do we retain ownership of all data that is collected using the Continually?

All data collected is owned by you. For us to operate the service, we ask you to grant us a license to use the data.

You can export all your data from the system in a structured format and for enterprise customers we can provide integrations to other platforms.

If you stop using Continually, we’ll delete the data stored if you ask us to. Otherwise, we’ll keep the data on our servers for a period of time. This is so that if someone cancels their account they can still access historical data, and if they change their mind that we’re able to restore access quickly.
