How to let visitors propose a different time for appointment

When you have some flexibility in your time and you don’t want to lose a possible customer you can let the visitor propose a time suitable for them and confirm it with you if you are available. 

This option is controlled per Appointment object. So to enable this feature, simply go to the message section of your bot and find the appointment object, then check “Allow visitor to propose different time”.
