How to add private notes to a conversation

There is no need to leave Continually to leave a note for your agent, you can add private notes to any conversation only visible to your team.

1. Open the conversation you would like to add the note to
2. Click on the "Private Notes" tab, enter your private note and send it.

The visitor will never see that note, it is only visible to your agents.
