How to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Got an appointment that doesn’t suit anymore? You can cancel or reschedule appointments with your leads at any time!
Or… maybe your leads are not showing up to their appointments? You can add links to their calendar invite to let them reschedule or cancel the appointment so that you get notified and can stay in the loop.

How to reschedule your appointment

- Go to your Leads page, open the profile of any lead that you want to reschedule or cancel the appointment for.
- 2
- To the right you will see the appointment details, under it you will see an option to Reschedule appointment.

- Click on Reschedule appointment, choose another date and time that suits you.
- 4
- After choosing a time, you have an option to write the reason of the change, we will send the reason along with the new appointment details to your lead.

- Your lead will receive a new email containing the details of the rescheduled appointment.
How to cancel your appointment

- Go to your Leads page, open the profile of any lead that you want to reschedule or cancel the appointment for.
- 2
- To the right you will see the appointment details, under it you will see an option to Cancel appointment, click on it and write a reason for the cancellation.

- You will see a confirmation of the cancellation, we will send a cancellation email to your lead and update your calendar.

How to allow leads to reschedule or cancel appointment

- Go to your Calendars Settings page.
- 2
- Scroll down till you find the option for“ Customise your calendar invite”
- 3
- You will see an option to allow your leads to reschedule or cancel appointments.
