How to send chat transcript

Having a copy of chat transcript or log can be important to your leads/visitors. Whenever you feel the need to send your customer a copy of your chat log, you can do it easily right from the Live chat toolbar. 

All you have to do is click on the 'Chat transcript' button. When you click on it, it shows you the email field. If the customer is known (we captured previously their email), the field will be populated, but you can fill in any email manually, Click on 'Send' link and it's done 👌🏻

Here is an example of an email with a chat transcript. The subject of the email will contain your Company name.
