Customise your sidebar color, font and background
You can customise your side bar and set the background, font-size, message shape and message color in the sidebar settings section.

How to change background color of your sidebar
You can set the color on your sidebar separately from your welcome message in the appearance section of your sidebar settings
- Simply select whether you want solid color or a gradient.
- Enter the hex code or select a color from the colour picker
- Save your changes
This color setting will only affect your sidebar and will not affect the widget of your bot (Welcome message, button)

How to change font size of your sidebar
You can set the size of the font that you want to use in your sidebar in the appearance section of your sidebar settings.
- Simply select the font size that you want
- Save your changes
This font size will only affect the size of the font in the messages of your sidebar
How to change message color in your sidebar
You can choose the color for each of the messages that are responses from your customers. This can be set in the appearance section of your sidebar settings.
- Simply enter the hex code of the color you want or select a color from the color picker
- Save your changes
How to change message shape in your sidebar
Want your chat bubbles to be more rounded? You can set this in the appearance section of your sidebar settings.
- Simply select the bubble shape you want
- Save your changes
