Automatically ask your leads for feedback after closing a chat

It's super easy to use this feature. All you have to do is to go to your Live chat settings page and navigate to the Customer feedback section. Then click on the switcher to turn the option ON. You can customize the message of the question to your taste and language. 

If your conversation with a customer in live chat is completed and you click the 'Close' button, your customer will automatically receive the question asking for a rating.  They, rating your chat, won't re-open the conversation, but you will still be able to see their feedback if you look at the closed chats. The results of this feedback per agent you can check out on the Activity report page.

Ask your leads for feedback manually

Asking for a rating manually is even easier. There is a special command for it called /rating. You can either choose it from the command menu or just type and send. You can customize the question on the opened modal or just type it after the command like '/rating How do you rate my reply?'

Note:

The feedback object can be sent only once per chat
