How to target specific pages and customers on your website

You can set targeting rules to control which pages of your site your bot loads on and what customers you want it to load for. In this article we cover how you can set targeting rules that will allow you to specify when and where you want your bot to appear.

Find the bot you want to add targeting to and click on the Targeting section

Next select the Page URL rule you want to and then set the URL you want your bot to load on

You can add as many URL's to your rule by clicking the +

How to target specific visitors

You can set targeting rules for various visitor attributes to ensure your bot loads for the right visitor. With rules like, country, device and page views, you can create bots for very specific visitors.

Find the bot you want to add targeting to and click on the  Targeting section.

Next select which rule you would like then set the condition.

You can add multiple rules to your group and set your group condition to match ALL.



How to target specific pages & visitors

Start by adding your page URL rule and setting the URL you want to target. If you are targeting multiple pages, you will click on the + button to add additional URL's.

Next, click on  +Add rule and select your rule and set the condition.

Finally, make sure your group condition is set to match ALL of the rules within the group.
