What are anonymous visitors?

When someone engages with your bot, we create an "anonymous visitor". This way you can see that your bot is getting engagement. We generate different avatars and colours to easy distinguish between visitors.

Once an anonymous visitor enters their email, we can pull any additional information and populate a lead profile so you can see who is interacting with your conversation.
