How to add Chat only user role to team members

What is a Chat only user role

The Chat only role is one of the account roles available in Conitnually. It is aimed to allow some of  your team members to have livechat conversations and see info about your leads, and connect their calendar to have appointments in it. The account stripped down of the rest of Continually features and settings like building bots, managing integrations or editing company's settings.

How to invite a new Chat only team member

Go to Team members setting page.

Click on Add new members button.

Enter your team member email, choose Chat user role and click on Add team member.

How to change current team members role

Go to Team members setting page.

Click on the View Profile link next to the team member that you want to change to a chat user.

In the Role drop-down list choose Chat user and Save.
