How to target leads with previously assigned tags

Want to target leads that previously had conversation with your bots and you assigned a tag for them or leads that you imported to your Continually account and assigned tags for them? You can use the tags targeting rule to show specific bots to your tagged or untagged leads.

Open the bot that you want to target, go to the Targeting tab and select the Tag rule. Select the condition  is/is not and choose the tag.

Don't forget to Publish the changes.
