How to connect and use a teammates calendar with your bot

Once your team mate has connected their calendar, you can assign different appointment objects to send their calendar instead of yours.

1. Add an appointment object to your conversation

2. Select their name from the drop down

Connecting someone else's calendar with your account

Example: You are a Marketer and you are wanting to sync your Sales reps calendar.

You can do this in  2 ways:

1. Your sales rep can create their own account and sync their calendar with their account and then you can assign them for each appointment object.

2. You sync their calendar with your account, however this would require their password for the authenticator.
