How to set the timezone for your calendar

You can set your timezone to help determine your availability on the calendar settings page.

Why does the dropdown on my chatbot not show my chosen timezone?

You may have set a timezone in your settings and then opened up bot and the bot shows a different timezone. That is because we detect your customers' timezone and show them your availability in their timezone to help them decide when they want to book a meeting.
