How do I leave a conversation/channel in slack?

You can leave a conversation with a Slack command.

/leave

This will remove you from the Slack channel.

Can I get a conversation back after I leave?

If you leave the slack channel there is no way for you to get that conversation back on Slack. We do leave you a new opportunity with a record of the conversation in the Continually app.
